Submission Deadline: August 15, 2021 LEARN MORE     REWARD RECLAMATION: LINDA JONES MEMORIAL AWARD Nomination Deadline: August 30, 2021 The award honours Linda Jones, for significant service to the Canadian Land Reclamation Association / Association Canadienne de Réhabilitation des Sites Dégradés (CLRA/ACRSD) as secretary treasurer for over twenty years. Linda was specifically interested in promoting student participation in CLRA events and membership in CLRA.  Two awards are presented annually to students in a reclamation related program at a Canadian institution in recognition of excellence in academic studies which advance the theory, knowledge or practice of land reclamation. One award will be for a poster presentation and one for an oral presentation. Each award will be for $1000 and a one-year membership in the CLRA. LEARN MORE & NOMINATE     CANADIAN RECLAMATION: CALL FOR ARTICLES Canadian Reclamation is an official publication of the Canadian Land Reclamation Association/Association canadienne de réhabilitation des sites dégradés. It has been published twice a year since 2001, with one issue featuring the association’s annual meeting. We are now accepting articles for Fall/Winter 2021, Please submit your article by August 10, 2021 for inclusion. Canadian Reclamation is widely distributed in Canada and internationally and is sent to all CLRA/ACRSD members. The magazine provides CLRA/ACRSD members and non-members alike with an excellent opportunity to publish articles on reclamation. It also provides the opportunity for advertisers to reach an audience whose focus is on reclamation.
